Clipabay is free to use for personal and commercial projects. You keep all rights to the files you create. Exports have no watermark.
You are responsible for the files you open and the things you make. Only use material you own or have permission to use, and follow the rules of any service you open files from.
We work hard to keep Clipabay reliable, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of important files. Clipabay runs on your device, so results can depend on your browser and hardware.
As far as the law allows, Black Ribbon Studios is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Clipabay, including lost files or projects.
We may update Clipabay and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
